These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Khanji Kun mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Khanji Kun ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; exploit bugs or use cheats, bots, or automated tools; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; interfere with the App's normal operation or servers.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, puzzle data, and software, is the property of Khanji Kun's developer and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5. In-App Content & Rewards
Coins, stars, and any other in-app virtual items are provided for entertainment purposes only. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
6. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements served by third-party providers such as Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of such advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
7. Data & Privacy
Game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the App. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
